Kailey Marie Paperie is a unique design studio that offers perfect designs for any bride. Each design is crafted and concepted with talent and skill. We offer perfect combinations of multiple colors and pattern that can be customized and perfected for any brides personal style. Because of this, each piece is proudly a one-of-a-kind piece of work. The studio was started in the summer or 2010 by founder and designer, Kailey Santos.
Hello! My name is Kailey and I’m the proud owner of KM Paperie. I’m 26 years old and a avid lover of graphic design and perfectly beautiful wedding design. I live in Southern California with my incredible and unfailingly supportive Husband, Aaron.
We were married on August 28, 2011. Aaron is my high school sweetheart and my best friend. He’s also the real backbone of my continuing ability to dream. He was the one that encouraged me to create KM Paperie after three years of running a small business design studio, Miscellany Design.
Before this, I studied designed for four years at Northern Arizona University for visual communication and design aesthetic. There I was taught to harness and conceptualize design as a subconscious way of life. I understood composition, the why behind why certain text and images look fabulous together, and embraced color as a blessing. I learned and applied all these ideals to what I do now. I’m now hoping to better the bridal world with quality designs that are perfect for every and any bride.
Aside from my absolute love of design and my adoring husband, I enjoy being a girl. I spend time near the ocean whenever I can. I will surf when the waves are friendly enough, and have a strange obsession with old movies and the pandora music station, “ink spots”. I can literally find beauty in anything and enjoy grabbing my sweethearts hand and heading out to into the world of unknown places and exploring life. One very important aspect of my life that makes me whole, is my relationship with my Heavenly Father. He allows me to be and do more than I could ever do alone. He created in me the ability to create beauty, and I take so much pride in being able to share that gift with so many people.
